
Sarah Ardie
Sarah Ardire has lived in Rye for 10 years with her husband, Paul and three sons, Luke, Eric, and PJ, after nearly a decade of living in NYC. Sarah majored in psychology at Fairfield University and went on to complete and Masters degree in Applied Psychology followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She specializes in working with patients suffering from serious and persistent mental illness. She worked in the state psychiatric system working with patients with dual diagnosis. She left her full-time job to focus on raising her boys. She has dedicated her time to her children’s schools and is proud to be a member of Pitch Your Peers.

Laura Becton
Laura grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois and then attended high school in Westchester, NY. A lifelong educator, she attended Skidmore College where she earned her B.S. in Elementary Education. Laura was a Public-School teacher in New York City where she taught first in Harlem and then the East Village. While teaching, she also earned her Master’s Degree at Teachers College, Columbia University. Laura also studied at New York University and Bank Street College and became an Elementary Reading Teacher. After the birth of her second child, Laura started the second phase of her career as a Reading Specialist tutor. Upon moving to Westchester, Laura began working as a tutor at The Waverly Group, a pediatric therapy practice in Greenwich CT. Since 2023, Laura has been the Director of Education and Executive Functioning at the Waverly Group.
After 19 years in Manhattan, Laura and her husband Steve moved their 3 children, Ryan, Aidan, and Hope to Rye, New York . In Rye Laura has been an active leader in the community as a chair of numerous fundraising events from elementary school benefits to an annual fundraiser for the local food pantry, Bread of Life. Laura has been dedicated to numerous early childhood charities starting first with founding a charitable organization fundraiser for SIDs and continuing to Westchester with her one of her favorite roles as a “baby cuddler” at the NICU at Montefiore Hospital, Bronx NY.
In her free time Laura likes to hike with her family, play tennis, travel to visit her boys at University of Southern California, and watch her daughter in Dance competitions. Laura is passionate about education and looks forward to learning more about organizations in our community that support all people.

Heather Cabot
Heather Cabot is a veteran journalist, critically-acclaimed author, and speaker. Her latest book, INDIAN SCHOOL ROAD, with Hopi journalist Patty Talahongva will be published by Hachette in 2026. Heather is also pursuing an MSW at Columbia School of Social Work and interning at Children’s Village Sanctuary shelter for homeless and runaway youth. A longtime volunteer in the Rye City Schools, she is a mom to teen twins.

Elisia Canna is the founder and Managing Director of Curation Communications, a GCI Group company. A visionary curator of authentic celebrity partnerships, experiential activations and breakthrough communications strategies for healthcare brands, Elisia’s award-winning campaigns bring real healthcare conversations and connections to the forefront to enrich, and even save, lives. A key point of focus for Elisia is that her work enables her to improve the lives of millions of people and that is what continues to inspire her every day. A graduate of Boston University with a degree in mass communications and public relations, Elisia moved to New York City after college and began her 30+ year career in helping to improve health literacy and outcomes. Elisia started her career at a small, entrepreneurial healthcare PR firm, and held leadership positions at several of the largest PR agencies before arriving at Curation/GCI Group.
As a working mother, Elisia’s devotion to making meaningful connections and building community translates into everything she does outside of work, whether it’s donating her time to serve as a consultant with non-profits on marketing and communications strategies or participating in community walks and helping to combat food insecurity. Elisia lives in Rye, NY, with her husband, Brett, and two sons.

With over 15 years as an Art Director at national magazines such as Travel + Leisure and BusinessWeek, Laura co-founded a design and strategy consultancy and has been working as a Creative Director and Strategist focusing on mission-driven companies, nonprofits and women entrepreneurs. She grew up on Long Island, went to North Carolina State University College of Design then moved back up to NYC for 20 years. She and her husband, Daniel and two sons (10y and 13y) then moved to Rye 4 years ago and have been active volunteers at local organizations and Rye public schools.

Courtney Harwood is fortunate to have grown up in the most beautiful place on earth, the Monterey Peninsula, and came east to attend Middlebury College where she majored in Art History and Italian. From Vermont, she headed to NYC where she started her marketing career, and fast forward a few years, well, maybe many, she’s now a seasoned business executive across healthcare, technology, and consumer industries, having led marketing teams at varied organizations from Marathon Health, Clear and Xerox to FreshDirect and the Financial Times. After completing her MBA with her husband Rammy at NYU Stern, along came two children, Cameron and Xander, a move out to the ‘burbs of Rye. Beyond her fulfilling career, Courtney supports local Rye organizations like the Bread of Life, sits on the board of her high school alma mater the Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, and finds joy in tennis, gardening, skiing, travel, and embracing life’s many adventures with family and friends- though she wishes there were more hours in the day to fit it all in.

Allyson Kim
Allyson Kim grew up in Kansas City and settled in Rye, NY in 2009 with her husband Charlie after spending 15 years living in Northern California. She graduated with a BA in Economics and in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Boston. After business school she worked at Quattro Consulting before starting AK Consulting, her own strategy consulting firm specializing on the education and health care industries.
Allyson has been an active volunteer in her community and in her two children’s schools. She has served on the Executive Boards of Little Wonders preschool, Osborn Elementary School, and Rye Country Day School. She has worn many hats as a school volunteer: President, Treasurer, committee and event chair, fundraiser, and class parent. Her interest in youth development led her to serve on the Board of Directors of the Rye YMCA and as a Girl Scout troop leader. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of BellXcel, a national non-profit that supports school districts and community organizations delivering quality summer and afterschool programming to close the achievement gap in under-resourced communities. She is also an Advisor for the Youth Grantmaking Board which gives teenagers direct exposure to philanthropy by studying local problems and awarding grants to non-profits working to solve those issues. Allyson is excited to be part of an adult team awarding local grants through Pitch Your Peers Westchester.

Maureen McGinn
Maureen grew up in southern New Jersey and earned a BS as a Learning Specialist from the College of Charleston. Upon graduation, Maureen moved back to New Jersey to teach high school English where she was also the girls’ cross country coach. Maureen moved to New York City to teach as a 7th grade Learning Specialist at East Side Middle School and earned an M.Ed. as a Reading Specialist at Columbia University, Teachers College. While at East Side Middle school, she organized and coached a track and field team and a girls’ basketball team. Maureen and her husband, Michael, welcomed four children, Mae, Jack, Joe and Matthew, while living in New York before moving to Rye in 2020. While raising her children, Maureen supervises Reading Specialist graduate students at Teachers College, teaches an enrichment class at the Early Childhood Center in Rye, and is a member of the Rye High School Parent Organization. Maureen enjoys spending her free time reading, running and volunteering.

Staci Ramachandran

Courtney Storz
Courtney grew up in Scarsdale, NY, and after graduating from Boston College with degrees in Economics and Psychology, she began her career in New York City as a consultant at Accenture. Her professional path led her into Human Resources, first at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling and then at Citi. As a Managing Director at Citi, she led Global Early Career Programs, where she shaped the experiences of thousands of young professionals beginning their careers in financial services. She is currently a Managing Director at CRA Admired Leadership, where she serves as an executive coach and advises clients on identifying, selecting, and developing top talent. She is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment and is a frequent speaker on talent, with a particular emphasis on the often-overlooked dimension of potential.
After having children, Courtney returned to her Westchester roots, and she lives in Rye with her husband, their four children (who attend Rye Middle School and Rye High School), and two Australian Labradoodles. She is actively involved in various school and community activities in town, and she is looking forward to being an inaugural member of Pitch Your Peers Westchester!

Danielle Tagger-Epstein

Kimberly Viggiano
Kimberly has over two decades of experience in the finance industry and is currently a Portfolio Manager at Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co (GGHC). Prior to joining GGHC, Kimberly began her career in investment banking at Nomura Securities. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Marist University in 2002. Kimberly is deeply committed to mentorship and philanthropy. Since 2019, she has served on the Marist School of Management Advisory Board and recently assumed the role of co-Vice Chair. In this capacity, she provides valuable input to the Dean of the School of Management while actively mentoring students as they prepare for their careers. She also serves on the board of the McCormick Family Foundation, dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering personal growth through impactful philanthropic initiatives. Kimberly is also an active supporter of numerous local volunteering and fundraising efforts. She always envisioned returning to Westchester County after starting her family with husband, Frank, in NYC. They made Rye their hometown in 2019. Kimberly enjoys weekends on the sidelines watching her three children’s sports games.

Marnie White

Tracy Wydra
Tracy Wydra is a Rye-based mother of three. She grew up in Westchester and holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Architecture from MIT. After a brief stint in finance, she transitioned to a career in high-end residential architecture, later relocating to Rye with her husband, Zac. Tracy is the Co-Founder of WINNØW Skincare, a science-backed luxury skincare brand. She is deeply engaged in her community, having led the Famous Artist Program at Midland School for several years and serving as a Rye Free Reading Room board member. Tracy also contributes her time as a current board member of Rye Youth Council where she actively supports initiatives that promote social and emotional development and the mental health of local youth. An active alumna of both Georgetown and MIT, Tracy serves on the Executive Board of MIT’s Council of the Arts, where she chairs the Student Arts Awards and is a member of the McDermott Award Committee. She is dedicated to fostering creativity, education, innovation, and well-being in both her professional and volunteer work.

Donna Zion
Donna Zion has lived in Rye with her husband, Isaac, for over 25 years. She holds a BA from SUNY Binghamton and a JD from Brooklyn Law School, and practiced law at a Manhattan firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, estates, and real estate. After multiple pregnancy complications and her children’s NICU hospitalizations, including the loss of her daughter, Hailey, to premature birth in 2003, Donna made the decision to leave her legal career and focus on raising her children.
Donna is passionate about giving back and helping make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. In her daughter’s memory, she and her family launched in 2007 the grassroots nonprofit, Hailey’s Hope Foundation, to support other NICU families. For over 15 years, Donna served as its Vice President and on its Board of Directors, playing a central role in all aspects of the nonprofit’s operations. In addition to her leadership at Hailey’s Hope Foundation, she volunteered as a NICU Mentor at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY where she provided emotional support and guidance to families navigating the challenges of the NICU. Committed to enriching her community, Donna has also devoted her time to supporting her children’s school activities, multiple high school athletic booster clubs, and local fundraisers.
Donna is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Pitch Your Peers where she can continue her passion for volunteering and utilize her nonprofit experience to help raise awareness and funding for impactful nonprofit organizations.
