Pitch Your Peers, Inc. is 501(с)(3) a grant-giving charitable organization founded in Greenwich, Connecticut in 2016. PYP now has seven chapters nationwide, including Chicago, the Hamptons, Seattle, Westchester, Palm Beach, and our newest chapter in New York City.

Our Mission

To engage women in local philanthropy and collectively fund grants for charitable initiatives serving Westchester County.

How it Works

Each year, we pool our contributions to award grants to three nonprofit organizations making a difference right here in Westchester. What sets PYP apart from other grant-funding organizations is our unique model: members pitch one another on causes they’re passionate about, giving everyone a voice in where the money goes. Membership is by nomination only. Annual dues are $1,250 per member (members may always choose to give more). Of that amount, $1,100 goes directly into the grant pool and is awarded to local nonprofits, with members collectively deciding how the funds are divided. The remaining $150 goes toward administrative costs for the organization (that is entirely volunteer-run).

Our Community

PYP Westchester members are a community of amazing, inspiring local women who believe in doing good close to home. We pitch in together, volunteering our time, attending optional social events to connect and build lasting friendships, and supporting one another as we support our community.

Because together, we can do more.
